Muriel Nacar
Environmental Engineer
Muriel works at a variety of sites for KES clients in Los Angeles: Metro Crenshaw/LAX Transit project, Segment 1 Construction Project or Purple Line Extension, Regional Connector light rail connecting gold line. Though, her favorite is the Westside Subway since she uses it personally to get from Point A to Point B. She handles tasks ranging from environmental submittals and coordinating with the Air Resource Board to crafting technical reports and ensuring noise are compliant. Her expertise expands to due diligence and drafting reports for ISA, Phase I and Phase II, noise and vibration reports, data analysis and more. She received her BS in Environmental Engineering from University of Southern California and achieved a MS in Engineering with an Environmental emphasis. Muriel is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certified, as well as OSHA 8-Hour Refresher Certified.
